a really late christmas post . . .

Ok, I'm so ready for life to be back on a schedule - I function much better this way. Between all the Christmas activities, Christmas break, New Years, a week in Atlanta for Passion2012 {that alone is going to need its own long post!} & then only going back to school for a few days before having a long weekend . . . I think we may finally be able to jump back into life this week. I must say, that Brock has taught me a lot about rolling with the punches & taking life a day at a time, but my brain works much more efficiently on a schedule. And I think that's just fine.

Sleepy heads on Christmas morning.

I never got around to a Christmas tour around the Tharpe house, so here's the tree & mantle. 

This was my gift from Brock - we don't really "do" Christmas gifts to each other, so this was a nice, sweet surprise. He made me a 2012 calendar using pictures from special places from our past . . . our first date, first place we meet, first place he held my hand . . . and ended it with a picture of all 5 of us that read look how far we've come . . . probably my most favorite gift.
