I've noticed this last week that I become a very lazy Mom in summer . . . .
case in point . . .
{one} Swimming in the pool is the equivalent to taking a bath in my opinion. When I bathed the kids last night, I seriously had to pause for a minute to remember the last time I had bathed them. {don't get totally offended, it wasn't like a week of something . . }
{two} I've always been picky about what my kids wear, but during the summer months, my girls are always sporting the most unique fashion styles: denim cut-offs, a 3T shirt & a pair of flops and Ella is always rocking her red bandanna. The 'play clothes' dresser is in full swing during these summer months!{three} Notice I didn't say 'my girls & Deacon' because he is lucky to even have clothes on - He is usually showing off all is muscles & his size 5 Huggies.
{four} If you see my girls one night chances are if you see them the next day, they will still have the same hairstyle going on {only messier.}
{five} When they grow up, they won't remember any of that . . . they'll just remember the lazy days of summer. . . . .
until they read my blog & then I'm sure I'll be in for it!
