Philip Fulmer, the head football coach for the University of Tennessee announced his resignation this afternoon effective immediately. He has taken a position with FEMA. An unidentified FEMA spokesman announced that the offer was extended to Fulmer last Saturday evening when he demonstrated how quickly he can effectively evacuate 100,000+ people from a centralized location (Neyland Stadium).Oh, couldn't resist this one!!
